The following terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) govern all use of the missdiabetes.com website (the “Site”) and the services available on or at the Site (taken together with the Site, the “Service”). The Service is owned and operated by Portmanteau Digital Limited, and its affiliated companies and subsidiaries (“Miss Diabetes”, “we”, “our”, “us”, etc.). The Service is offered subject to your (“you”, “your”) acceptance without modification of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies and procedures that may be published from time to time on the Site by Miss Diabetes – including, without limitation, Shipping, Return Policy, Privacy Policy and others. If you do not agree to this Agreement, do not use the Site and the Service.

SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION, AND SEVERABILITY

Please review our other policies, such as our Shipping and Returns policy, posted on this site. These policies also govern your visit to Miss Diabetes. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

DISPUTES

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Miss Diabetes or to products you purchase through Miss Diabetes shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in New Zealand, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Miss Diabetes’ intellectual property rights, Miss Diabetes may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief New Zealand and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the AMINZ. The arbitrators award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

APPLICABLE LAW

By visiting Miss Diabetes, you agree that the laws of New Zealand, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Miss Diabetes or its associates.

MISS DIABETES ONLINE STORE

The Miss Diabetes Store is a Print on Demand Drop Shipping Store.  It is hosted by Woocommerce, an e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

DELIVERY 

When will I get my order?  

It takes 3-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on  your location, but can be estimated as follows: 
USA: 5-8 business days 
International: 10-20 business days  

Where will my order ship from?  

As the Miss Diabetes shop is a print on demand store, we work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!  

Will I be charged customs for my order?  

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control  and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so  please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your  purchases. 

My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?  

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following: 

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package.
  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
 Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise – if you are expecting a home delivery and you know you won’t be home to accept it, use and address where you know you’ll be!
 
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbours, get in touch with us with your order number. 
 

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but  shipping will be at your own cost. 

Pro tip: The zip code is the most important part of the address. Use a simple tool like USPS ZIP  code lookup to make sure you get it right! 

ORDERS

How are your products made? 

We work with a reliable, high-quality print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations  worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility  that can do it most efficiently!  

How do I track my order? 

If your shipping method includes tracking, you’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line here

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do? 

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us within a weeks’ time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.  We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible! 

RETURNS

What’s your return policy? 

We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us here

Do you offer refunds? 

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us here with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.  

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color? 
 
At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.   Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at here within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a  refund!
